QuickKit legal
Privacy Policy
QuickKit is designed to process core tool content on your device. This policy must be reviewed with qualified counsel before a public launch.
Who operates this site
SITE_OPERATOR_TO_BE_CONFIGURED. Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL_TO_BE_CONFIGURED. These placeholders must be completed before public publication.
Files and tool content
Uploaded images, text, JSON, QR contents, Wi-Fi credentials and campaign URLs are processed locally in your browser. They are not intentionally transmitted to QuickKit servers or stored in analytics.
Optional account information
If you choose “Sign in with ChatGPT”, the Sites identity layer may provide your email address and optional display name so QuickKit can identify your account. Core tools remain available without an account.
Analytics and consent
After analytics consent, QuickKit records pseudonymous product events such as a tool being opened or a download completing. Safe metadata can include tool ID, device category, broad viewport size, theme, referring domain and error category. Raw tool input is never included.
Cookies and local storage
Essential local storage remembers theme, consent and device-local preferences. A random pseudonymous identifier is created only after analytics consent. Advertising is disabled and no advertising cookies are set.
Purposes, retention and providers
Data is used to operate the site, remember explicit preferences, secure admin access and improve aggregate product performance. Detailed analytics are intended to be retained for 90 days. ChatGPT Sites and its underlying infrastructure process hosting data as service providers. International processing may occur where those providers operate.
Your rights
You may reject analytics, clear local data, delete saved account preferences, sign out or contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Legal rights vary by location.
